Barbara teaches one-to-one lessons, yoga classes, yoga therapy and mother and baby yoga in the Amersham area. She holds a diploma qualification from the British Wheel of Yoga and is a registered Practitioner with the association of Yoga studies (aYs).
Group Class Mondays
90 minute sessions that allow you to learn about and develop your yoga in a relaxed and friendly, mixed ability group atmosphere.
