An ideal class for understanding the basics of Yoga or for anyone getting back to Yoga after a break. Each class goes through selected Yoga postures with 3 postures covered in detail, along with invaluable Yoga breathing. The class finishes with relaxation practice and its deeply restorative benefits. Over 12 weeks, learn 36 basic Yoga postures.
