Yoga Therapy

Health of body, mind and emotions

Yoga therapy is about empowering you to develop your health using an individual and personalised approach. Each person is unique as are circumstances, needs and abilities. Even two people with the same health condition will have different therapeutic Yoga practices because of the differences between individuals.

My approach is always to work with you as an individual

and use Yoga tools that work with the body, mind and emotions. You might be thinking about working with one specific factor or more than one factor or looking for additional support during other medical treatment.

If you want to find out if Yoga might be suitable for you, contact me for a free 30 minute consultation. Or book a session with me below.
