health; a dynamic interaction...
of the body, mind and emotions. Yoga has tools that can affect the body, mind and emotions. It may work with one factor, help find a better balance between these or provide additional support during other medical treatment. My approach is always to work with each person and their unique circumstances, needs and abilities. Yoga therapy is a specific, individual and personalised approach. Even two people with the same health condition will have different therapeutic Yoga practices because of the differences between individuals.

In 2017, I was delighted to be awarded certification as a Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
