Thursday Evening Class - In Person & Online

Simple, straightforward pricing.
Pay as you go, or book a block of six consecutive classes and save.
Block of classes gives you to attendance across any classes in the same block. E.g. if you’ve purchased an In-Person block you can attend any online class in that block. If you’ve purchased an online block, you can attend any online class in that block and any in person class (plus a £2 change for an In-Person class).
About the payment system: Barbara uses a simple bank transfer system. The first time you use it, you'll be guided through authorising it — after that, it's just a couple of clicks. If you have any questions about booking or payment, just drop Barbara an email at barbaradancer@gmail.com and she'll help you sort it.

Common questions
Good to know before you join.
Do I need yoga experience to join? For the Thursday and Tuesday evening classes, some previous experience is helpful — not essential, but it means you'll feel more at home from the start. The Tuesday morning Gentle class is genuinely open to everyone, including complete beginners. If you're unsure, just drop Barbara a message and she'll tell you honestly which class suits you best.
What should I bring or wear? Comfortable clothes you can move in — nothing special required. For in-person classes, bring a yoga mat if you have one; Barbara has spare mats available if not. Online: a mat, a quiet space, and a reliable internet connection.
I have a health condition - is that a problem? Not at all — but do please let Barbara know at barbaradancer@gmail.com before your first class. She'll factor it in from the start. With 26 years' experience and a background in yoga therapy, she's well-equipped to adapt the practice to you. For more significant or complex conditions, you might want to consider a 1-2-1 or yoga therapy session instead.
Can I try a single class before committing to a block? Yes — pay-as-you-go is always available at £14 in person or £11 online. There's no pressure to buy a block until you're sure it's the right class for you.
What if I miss a class in my block? Block bookings are for consecutive weeks — please get in touch with Barbara if life gets in the way and you need to talk through arrangements.
How do the online classes work? Online classes run on Zoom. If you’re new to classes with Barbara, email barbaradancer@gmail.com to receive a link. You'll need enough space to lay out a mat, and a device with a camera so Barbara can see you — this matters, because she adapts to what she sees and may suggest if something needs adjusting.
